The award-winning Witness Stones Project (https://witnessstonesproject.org/) creates special monuments to acknowledge and remember enslaved people who lived and worked in New England communities but have been forgotten over time. 
Mr. Culliton is a resident of Guilford, Connecticut and has helped to create Witness Stones across the state and beyond.
