[Hac-announce] Billboard Update

Just heard from Fred Edwords.  He is suggesting that we add a second
billboard in New Haven area to get better impact.  Looking at
billboards near Exit 7 on I-91 and another in East Haven leading up to
Q Bridge.

I'm copying HAC board on this email, since this second billboard will
in their backyard.

Both boards will launch on Oct. 14 and run for one week.
