Sunday Assembly, a new "atheist church" started by two British 
comedians, was the cover story in the September/October issue of The 
Humanist magazine

There are now approaching 40 assemblies worldwide, and the co-founders 
are in the midst of a 40 city tour to promote the organization:

There will be an assembly at 7 PM on Monday, November 4, 2013, at the 
New York Society for Ethical Culture.  Another will be held at 7 PM on 
Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at Sever Hall at Harvard.
